The Commerce Parks Project was born in 2004, when a group of 4th & 5th graders approached the city with the desire to revitalize City Park. Now a city-wide initiative, we're working together to:
. Get new Playground Equipment at City Park . Create a Skate Park at City Park
. Update the City Park's Lighting . Build a Walk Path with fitness stops at Eddie Moore
. Remodel the Restrooms & Concession at the Ball Fields . Build Restrooms at City Park

Commerce Fire Department lending a hand

ok, or maybe a foot. The Commerce Fire Department will be giving our fundraising efforts a swift kick in the pants by holding a BOOT DRIVE to benefit our project!

Look for them out on the street on 12 MAY 2007, drop in a donation, and be sure to thank them for their hard work!
